September: The leaves begin to change...
So apparently this is turning into a monthly blog... the beauty of not
being connected to the interwebs as much as I once was. To be honest,
right now not much has changed. I'm on the verge of finishing one
school and starting another, but that's about it. We were made to stand
witness to a Captain's Mast session, which is kind of like court, but
not. It's much less formal and less severe than a court martial. Long
story short, more than a few sailors were stupid and had a hotel party
after they were strictly told not to, and got caught. Judgement day was
today for seven of them. So that was mildly entertaining. I found out
yesterday I have a PRT (fitness test) in two weeks... joy. And above
and beyond that, there's not much to tell. I got away from people that
drag others down, and found better friends here. I've been through a
lot of stress lately, but that's all working itself out. It's starting
to feel like fall here, which makes me happy. I love fall, it's my
favorite time of year. Fall means haunted houses, pumpkins, costumes,
and college football (GO GREEN!! GO WHITE!! GO SPARTANS!!) So right now
I'm just waiting whatever is next in my life. We'll see what the
universe brings me :)
